: 所以跟經理面試完後直接入取也沒思考太多就進來了 : 當初談的是試用期26K 過試用28K 有加班費 : 每天七點半上班四點半下班但業務大概都到六點偶爾國外出差 : 不過因為公司規定是隔周休然而我們業務是周周休 : 所以薪水一個月會扣兩天或者用加班時數去扣 : 所以一個月大概都是28~32K之間 : 公司算是有規模年終固定都有6個月以上 (去年終領200天+年中一個月) : 但這行底薪真的不太高 (24K) 所以其實領的也不多 : 年薪大概500K上下吧 : 雖然以南部來說住家裡很夠用 : 不過總覺得這行年輕人真的蠻少的 : 扣掉前陣子剛來的新人 : 都是至少待5~10年主管至少20年 30歲以上甚至40 50 : 整個覺得有些代溝阿... 77年次中字管學院畢很魯多益800+ 第一份工作37K 若出差每月+22K 家裡有事決定回台灣，只做了半年第二份工作46K 公司老人也多代溝是還好只是在台北租屋頗難活 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.167.155.16 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1398519910.A.1D7.html
