印尼總統大選訴訟 憲法法庭駁普拉伯沃

印尼憲法法庭今天駁回總統候選人、前軍事將領普拉伯沃（Prabowo Subianto）的訴願，這也等於宣告普拉伯沃陣營敗選。

印尼上月舉行的總統大選競爭激烈，日前官方計票結果顯示，民主奮鬥黨的雅加達省長省長佐科威（Joko Widodo）獲得約53.15%的選票，擊敗普拉伯沃，普拉伯沃獲46.85%的選票，兩人差距達842萬票。

普拉伯沃陣營認為大選有5.5萬個投票所，近2400萬張選票有問題，是系統性、大規模的選舉舞弊，要求憲法法院裁決。但憲法法庭傳訊相關人員舉證時，大部分人又都說是「聽說」，缺乏實證。
