上個月跟家人出遊時開了兩台車沒想到在回程路上發生了事故事由是前車(路人)在綠燈轉黃燈時急停煞車車停止的地方已過停止線接下來是本人開的車在看到時也跟著緊急煞車(車已是靜止狀態) 但接下來後方(親戚)開的車煞車不急就這麼撞了上來以至於撞到我之後我再去追撞前車重點來了因為後方的車(親戚開車)是我媽媽的車所以兩個保險住址是填同一個地方問題是現在理賠時保險公司說因為兩台車的住址是同一地方所以我的車只能自認倒霉可是我完全是無違規狀態想請問各位車友這樣的情形是合理的嗎@@ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.46.78.23 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1408621981.A.4E9.html

我知道要防詐財@@ 可是筆錄行車紀錄器那些都有前後鈑金都要換掉弄一弄估起來是十萬左右.. 保險公司是一直抓著同住址這點是否以後家裡兩台車以上要保險都要弄不同戶籍地 ※ 編輯: luckyyean (114.46.78.23), 08/21/2014 20:08:46
