架簽賭網站 主嫌：為陪妻

高雄市37歲蔡姓男子，原經營檳榔攤及電玩賭博寄檯，因妻罹癌需要在旁照顧，且經營簽賭網站獲利較豐，1年多前轉而經營簽賭網站，下注金額過3000萬元，今天被台南市刑大偵八隊依賭博罪嫌法辦。

台南市刑大偵八隊，今年1月接獲線報，指稱蔡姓犯嫌代理國外「天下」知名運動賽事之簽賭網站，負責招攬及開設網站會員帳號、密碼，供會員登錄所屬賭博網址下注簽賭。

偵八隊調查蒐證後，前往高雄市前金區執行搜索，逮捕蔡姓犯嫌，查扣電腦及網路設備1組、帳戶資料對帳單等證物。

警方查出，網站主機架設於新加坡，以跨境經營方式逃避追緝，而蔡嫌供述代理網站可簽賭上限額度為200萬元，自去年2月起代理經營該網站，已招攬之賭客會員有30餘名，迄今簽賭下注金額超過3000萬元。
