離家的莫姓婦人在KTV上班，與男客發生性行為後產下一女，在未經得丈夫林男同意下，莫婦在女嬰的出生證明書的父親欄位，蓋林男的印章，使所生下的女嬰從母姓，經林男發現提起告訴，台中地院依偽造文書罪將莫婦判刑3個月，緩刑兩年。
