泰大選無效上訴 法庭不受理

（中央社曼谷2014年2月12日綜合外電報導）泰國主要反對黨民主黨上訴憲法法庭，要求判決2月2日國會大選無效，憲法法庭今天駁回這項上訴。

法新社報導，憲法法庭發布聲明說，憲法法庭不受理民主黨律師所提的這項選舉無效上訴案，理由是論據不足。

民主黨提出上訴的理由是，政府無法同一天在全國各地舉行國會大選。
