梁姓婦女謊稱軍中雇員，搭上國防部交通車，輕易闖入國防部長辦公室所在樓層。軍方交通車有些是租用民間遊覽車，問題特別多，容易遭到滲透，軍人雇員有時有人事背景，官兵開罪不起。

軍方交通車過去曾發生類似案件，曾有大陸偷渡客在桃園市區搭上中山科學研究院的交通車，一路開進中科院龍潭院區，下車後，他到處詢問有沒有打工機會，才被發現，軍方當時沒有通知警方帶人，是私下與警方約好，由中科院派人將人丟在派出所，再由警方尾隨逮人，撇清與中科院的關係。

對梁女闖入國防部，士官兵喊冤，軍中雇員許多是將領眷屬或故舊轉任，許多夫人、公子、女兒出身的雇員，對低階士官兵態度惡劣，不少官兵在營區見到略有年紀的雇員，會比見到軍官更敬慎。這也是士官兵見到梁女上車，稱身體不適後，沒敢多加追問的原因，官兵透露梁女氣質，像軍中雇員。
