一人扮兩角詐財被訴

胡姓男子涉嫌一人飾兩角，假扮辣妹在網路聊天室勾搭他的陳姓友人，並以沒錢埋葬祖父的苦肉計，詐騙陳50多萬元，陳事後警覺受騙報警，檢警查出辣妹的手機和帳戶所有人竟然是胡，且胡交代不出辣妹的身分；另外，胡又以代吳姓友人討債為由，詐騙5萬多元，卻拿錢不辦事。新北地檢署今天依詐欺罪起訴胡。
