基隆市政府工務處養護工程科今晚表示，為改善五堵貨櫃專用道路面，28日起到9月30止，為期3個月將封閉施工，往返五堵交流道至明德三路車輛，敬請改道利用千祥橋、堵南1-1號道路做為替代道路。

施工期間，五堵貨櫃聯絡道將自千祥橋封閉至長春貨櫃場前，除台鐵五堵貨櫃場車輛外，其餘車輛如欲由明德三路經由五堵貨櫃聯絡道往來五堵交流道，均須改道通行。

五堵貨櫃專用道南向車輛改由：五堵交流道、千祥橋、堵南街、明德三路通行。北向車輛改由：明德三路、堵南街、千祥橋、五堵交流道通行。
