孕婦產檢、老公陪產有5天帶薪假

立法院昨天三讀通過性別平等法修正案，未來產婦可享五天有薪產檢假，先生陪產假也從三天增加為五天，若搭配周休二日最多可陪產九天；新法也放寬育嬰假請假資格，從需待滿公司一年改為半年，且收養家庭也適用。

修正案放寬育嬰假請假資格，原訂受雇者需待滿該公司一年才能請，如今改為半年即可請，最長可請到兩年育嬰假，且前半年仍有六成薪。

另外，女性勞工一年原有三天不併入病假的無薪生理假，此次修法也改為薪資減半發給，不需提出證明；生理假第四天起才會併入病假計算。

雇主在招募、進用或升遷對員工有性別歧視，罰鍰也從現行十萬到五十萬元，提高為卅萬到一百五十萬元。
