事務機的掃描和列印不能同時用?

之前從官網上載了掃描的驅動程式之後掃瞄了一次，之後要用列印都一直沒辦法用?雖然現在已經可以了但是我現在有事情要用掃描，我怕再載一次又沒辦法用列印(我不想花錢去7-11掃)然後想請問一下為什麼用掃描之後列印就會出問題?@@ 還是只是我電腦的問題??
