上海麥當勞等連鎖速食 網上公布供應商

應上海市監管部門的要求，包括麥當勞和百勝在內的五家連鎖速食餐廳在其中文官網公開了主要食品原料供應商的資訊。

上海食品藥品監督管理局日前表示，已多次約談百勝、麥當勞、德克士、漢堡王、卡樂星等連鎖餐飲企業，要求其在官網上公布所有食品供應商、食品原料的相關資訊。

路透報導，中國市場研究集團的分析師Benjamin Cavender表示，在一般情況下，出於競爭考量，連鎖餐飲企業都不願公開供應商的資訊。但此次這些企業的舉動是想表明，他們的營運狀況都是透明的。

但Benjamin Cavender指出，若想確保食安問題不再發生，應該是要對供應商進行更嚴格的直接監管，但這需要企業和政府兩方面共同努力。
