Google推出的Android裝置管理員（Android Device Manager）服務，可以讓用戶遠端對手機進行操控並找回手機，而最近的Android裝置管理員更新中，又添加了一項很實用的新功能。

Google的Android裝置管理員，可以用各種方法協尋手機，例如手機以大音量發出聲音、透過Google map幫手機定位甚至可以遠程刪除數據等。而在這一次的更新中，你可以設定一個鎖定螢幕的密碼，且可以在螢幕寫下留言給撿到手機的人，請他與你聯繫。更直接的，現在可以直接增加一個「給手機所有者打電話」的按鈕，撿到手機的好心人就可以快速跟你聯繫啦！

以上這些功能都可以透過網站進行設定，不一定只能用手機來設定。但是要小心，這個功能在兩種情況下沒有作用，一是你丟掉了平板電腦，撿到它的人也沒辦法即時打電話；二是被偷了，你還是快點報警吧。以上更新的實用功能將會一兩周內推出。
