油價下跌抵銷俄羅斯央行大幅升息的效益，盧布16日繼續走貶，一度跌破66盧布兌1 美元卡，再創歷史新低。

盧布匯價16日稍早大漲逾9%，後來由漲轉跌，最多跌3.7%至66.8186盧布兌1美元。

俄羅斯央行16日凌晨將基準利率提高6.5個百分點至17%，暫時舒緩盧布承受的壓力，但布侖特原油價格2009年來首度跌破每桶60美元，使盧布再度受創。
