微軟票選最佳工作地點 有wifi較受寵

微軟今年3月在亞太國家臉書專頁上舉辦「最佳101工作地點」推薦活動，有來自8個國家400個場地推薦名單，計2600個投票數，票選結果發現，廣受喜愛的地點前五名皆具備交通方便、有Wifi、價位實惠等特色，包括咖啡廳在內。

票選顯示，有56%的員工表示，期待能在任何地方完成工作；而有53% 的員工願意花較多的工時，換得在任何地點及時間有更多的靈活性，有37% 的工作者表示他們在辦公室外可有更佳的工作思維。

台灣微軟針對票選結果，推動Work Fun Anywhere計畫，鼓勵員工、客戶及合作夥伴在公司以外的地點工作。微軟香港辦公室同步舉辦「行動工作日」，兩地員工帶著自己的行動裝置在辦公室以外的地方上班。據調查，有23%的使用者會用平板來編輯文件，而偏愛用微軟Office的有82%，跨平台裝置的一致性使得雲端軟體服務如Office 365成為需求。
