我的電腦是win7﹐一開始是用家用版的讀卡機，後來又去買一台輕巧型的，我照著說明書的進度走，可是都安裝完了以後要登入的時候，他一直顯示『晶片卡讀取失敗，請確認晶片卡與讀卡機已正確插入! 』重新下載了好幾次都是一樣的反應，讀卡機也有亮紅燈，硬體測試的時候也顯示有插卡片，可是一樣都登不進去，上網爬了一堆文也都沒有用，後來回去插家用版的也變得不能用了，有沒有人能替我解答一下Ｔ︿Ｔ　到底是讀卡機的問題還是晶片卡Ｔ︿Ｔ
