桃園縣警局大園分局巡佐宋宏傳去年擔任埔心派出所副所長期間，於1月17日傍晚於中壢住處喝完高梁酒後開車外出，但與一重型機車擦撞，林姓騎士遭拖行受傷，送醫不治，宋未下車即離開；公懲會認宋違失情節重大，處以休職6個月處分。

宋事後十分後悔，也與被害人家屬以3百多萬元達成和解；不過，他因肇逃被判刑2年，緩刑5年確定，懲戒責任也很重。
