疫情拉警報 鼬獾驗出狂犬病添一例

雲林縣古坑鄉四月初發現一隻有攻擊傾向的鼬獾，被民眾打死送驗後，確認感染狂犬病。

被列為狂犬病疫區的雲林縣古坑鄉去年共有15隻鼬獾被驗出狂犬病毒，原以為疫情暫歇，但四月份至今卻頻頻發現死亡鼬獾蹤跡，其中一隻有攻擊傾向的鼬獾被民眾打死後，今天檢驗結果確定感染狂犬病毒。

古坑鄉公所才剛確認檢驗結果，一早就有民眾在草嶺公路一處竹園發現死亡鼬獾，古坑鄉公所不敢大意，已於日前開始針對家犬貓進行今年首波免費狂犬病疫苗注射。

雲林縣動植物防疫所長張鴻猷表示，今年已向防檢局申請6千劑狂犬病疫苗，四月份已排定時間將在古坑鄉公所、斗南鎮公所提供疫苗注射，呼籲家中飼有犬貓的民眾一定要按時為犬貓接種疫苗。
